"She hath done what she could..."
Mark 14:8a
Hey, Friend, welcome to my little corner of the world!
I'm glad you decided to stop by for a visit today. I wish we could chat face to face over a cup of tea, but since I am here and you are there, a virtual visit will have to do. I created this space in order to have a place where I could offer encouragement, support, inspiration, and maybe even some advice to anyone looking for it by sharing things from my life and things I've learned from the lives of other women just like me.....women, I'm sure, who are just like you.....women who no matter whether they are busy moms or business owners or both want the story of their life to bring glory to God and to be used by Him to affect the lives of others.

I chose the theme, "She hath done what she could" because of how the Lord used it to encourage my heart one day. Sometimes I can feel that in the grand scheme of life what I am doing today is not important or really making a difference at all. I think many women feel this way. Several years ago when I was doing a study on the life of Mary, this phrase in Mark 14:8 jumped out at me. In the verses just before it, we see that others thought little of Mary's actions and even chose to criticize her. I love that the Lord defended her and rebuked her critics, but more importantly I love that....

He accepted her "gift of service" just as she gave it,
and He saw the purpose and greatness of it even when others did not.

On this website you will find articles, devotions, stories, Sunday School lesson series, etc. that come from my heart and from the stories of my life, my "Her Story" if you will. I hope they will bring you encouragement and inspiration as you continue writing your own "Her Story." My greatest desire is that as each new page and chapter are written in my "Her Story," it can be said of me, "She hath done what she could,"
